QuickBooks Timesheets Integration

Add web based timesheets functionality to your QuickBooks installation with On-Time Web.  On-Time Web is a full-QuickBooks - On-TimeWeb Intergrated Timesheets featured time and attendance software that allows you to collect employee time via web timesheets, mobile apps, tablets and the OT1000 web time clock. Use the system to manage employees and automate employee time and timesheet data collection.  Once the employees’ time is reviewed and approved you simply export the data in IIF format. Simply browse and select the file exported from the On-Time Web software and the time ticket records are imported into QuickBooks as if they were manually keyed.

The system can be used to collect Project Costing data, too.  Whether you are using the OT1000 web time clock, our mobile app or the web timesheet in punch mode or sheet mode you are allowed to input information for projects with phase and task level tracking.  If you use specific terminology for various levels of project tracking you can customize the data prompts to make the system compatible and easy to use.   The supervisor or payroll administrator reviews and approves the time records.  The data is then exported from On-Time Web for import into the QuickBooks Software.  The Project Costing and Job Costing information is updated by using On-Time Web to collect, review and approve information.
