With On-Time Web you can tract employee time logged on projects, review project time by phases and reduce errors saving you company time and money!

With the On-Time Web employee timesheet your employees can select projects and phases they need to record time against. They have a selection of projects to select from eliminating invalid project coding. You can also build a project and phase validation list that the employee is allowed to log time against. With a validation list the employee is only allowed to log time on a time sheet for project you configure for the employee. You can configure by employee the style of timesheet the employee will use. With the “Punch Style” of employee timesheet the employee logs into the system and punches in and can also punch in on projects and phases. By utilizing the “Switch Function” the employee can change projects just by specifying a new project or phase and the system will automatically log the employee out of the prior project or phase and log them into the project or phase they are switching to. If the employee is assigned to the basic style of timesheet the employee will just complete the timesheet logging time for projects and phases as needed.

By utilizing the OT1000 web time clock you can allow employees to clock in and out of projects and phases too. The employee will clock in with the RFID card and the select the job function. The employee can then key the project or phase they are clocking into with the keypad. When you need to change projects or phase you just clock into the new project or phase and the system will automatically handle completing the prior punch. The data from the OT1000 web time clock will automatically be pushed to the web timesheet and appear as if it was manually keyed. The data is then ready for approval by the supervisor.

Project and employee timesheet data can also be reviewed via the timesheet reports. The reports can be filtered by employee, supervisor, department, date, project or phase. All timesheet transactions are stored in the SQL database allowing you to retrieve project time information as needed.
